What does it cost to rent an office at Globen?
Cushman & Wakefield does not report Globen separately. For Stockholm's outer areas as a whole, the prime rent was SEK 4,100 per sqm per year in the second quarter of 2026, and for the inner city outside the CBD, which includes Södermalm, SEK 6,200. How do you get to an office at Globen?
The green metro line runs directly from T-Centralen via Slussen and Skanstull and stops at Gullmarsplan, Globen and Skärmarbrink. Residents started moving into the first homes in May 2026, an arts university is due to open in the area in 2030, and the blue metro line gets its own station here, with Region Stockholm estimating the start of services at 2032.
